Island Pacific Energy is a local developer of solar energy systems. Island Pacific Energy is the largest owner operator of solar energy facilities in the state of Hawaii. Island Pacific Energy developed the SimpleSolar program to make photovoltaic solar power systems affordable to residential, business, government and not-for-profit organizations.

Joseph SaturniaJoseph Saturnia cofounded Island Pacific Energy in July 2007. As President, Joseph duties are to develop creative solutions to enable homeowners and businesses in Hawaii to implement renewable energy solutions.

Joseph brings over 20 years of executive leadership with broad experience in all aspects of project finance, accounting, auditing and financial management. Prior to cofounding Island Pacific Energy, Joseph was President of Advent, Inc. a computer software consultancy specializing in the transportation business. Joseph was cofounder of AudioWeb, the premiere high end audio site, President of CRC, Inc a computer consultancy and is alumnus of American Express and Chase Manhattan Bank.

Charity YoroCharity joined Island Pacific Energy in February 2009. As Director of Marketing, Charity manages the companyÍs various marketing campaigns to effectively promote its unique photovoltaic solar power systems. Her position involves identifying advertising, promotion, and sponsorship opportunities, as well as networking with other green professionals and companies on various sustainability events.

Prior to joining Island Pacific Energy, Charity gained valuable experiences in employment, education, and international relations, participating in various student exchange programs and academic conferences all over Asia and North America.

Clinton T. O'NeillClinton T. O'Neill has been working as Island Pacific Energy's Project Manager since February 2009. ClintonÍs duties include managing and implementing of the company's photovoltaic systems, as well as generating new client proposals.

Clinton has extensive experience in the automotive and mechanics industry. Previous employment includes NAPA Auto Parts, Installations Unlimited, and Mercedes Benz. Clinton received an Applied Science Degree from the Denver Automotive and Diesel CollegeÍs Master Technician Program in Denver, Colorado.

Rachel SokugawaRachel A. Sokugawa joined the Island Pacific Energy team as Director of Public Relations in February 2009. Rachel duties include communicating information about Island Pacific Energy through public relations and online marketing.

Prior to joining Island Pacific Energy, Rachel interned at McNeil Wilson Communications in the Travel and Tourism Department, as well as for the Hawaii Restaurant Association's Marketing Department.
